We have an excellent opportunity primarily working from home, however there will be a requirement on occasions to attend the office in the Gravesend area.
You will be providing day to day support to the Finance and Business Manager. This will include supervising a small finance admin team, ensuring that work is carried out accurately and correctly. There will be a large amount of data analysis and there will be project management in a variety of areas.
You will deal with Freedom of Information requests in a fast and proper manner, ensuring that the information sent is correct, as well as dealing with any contracting queries that come in.
You will have a strong Finance and Administration background and have experience of managing small teams of people. Excellent communication skills are essential along with strong IT systems knowledge.
The hours of work are 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday and this is a long term temporary role with an immediate start.
