I am hiring for the position of interim building surveyor for a local authority in South East. This will be an on-going contract and it is outside IR35. The ideal candidate for the contract building surveyor job should be a chartered surveyor. The key requirement of the job is the candidate's technical ability to go and undertake a condition survey and provide technical package and have a good understanding of compliance issues and be able to project.
