Job Title: Site Administrator
Reports To: HR Business Partner
Location: Teynham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Role Summary:
Act as the first point of contact and coordinator for all visitors to site while they are waiting for their host whilst ensuring that you create a welcoming professional environment.
Main Responsibilities:
• Meet and greet visitors to site, sign them in provide visitors cards if needed and make the host aware of their arrival
• Show visitors to the required room and provide refreshments if required
• Complete and file visitor paperwork and arrange for issue of work permits if required
• Arrange lunch and refreshment for visitors if required
• Ensure that you are able to provide the required information and follow company policy when an auditor attends site
• Answer telephone calls to site and re-direct them to the intended recipient
• Ensure that messages are taken and provided via email if recipient isn’t available
• Support the training team when new colleagues arrive for inductions by directing them to where they need to go
• Sign for parcels and post then distributing to relevant parties
• Check agency time sheets/hours for accuracy and anomalies and raise any concerns
• Order PPE for employees and issue to visitors if required
• Ensure that
• Ad-hoc administration duties to support the site as required

• Excellent communication skills
• 1 year customer service experience
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong administration skills
