Are you an experienced Handy Person seeking a meaningful full time role as part of a wider Maintenance and Premises team? I have the perfect role for you...

Working at a large established, leading education centre you will take on various role as part of this vital team, offering support across the setting with porterage duties:setting up and clearing down various rooms and events. Providing security to the site ensuring opening and closing protocols are managed properly. Maintaining the site and identifying issues, fixing these if within scope or communicating with contractors and agreeing scope of works. General Handy Person/competent DIY skills will be required in this role.

Along side these duties you will also keep accurate records for site.

Any experience of dealing with the routine maintenance of swimming pools would be an advantage but not essential and experience of COSHH would also be helpful.

This role does require some flexibility with the hours of work - covering an average of 37 hrs per week, you will be rotad to undertake some early mornings, later pm shifts as required and on occasion could include a split shift. Therefor it would be preferable that the successful person is as local as possible and has own transport to readily meet the needs of the role.



The successful person will be subject to completing an Enhanced DBS and will need to provide satisfactory references before appointment.
