The Challenging Behaviour Foundation has a temporary vacancy for a Triage Officer within the Family Support Service. We are looking for applicants who have excellent communication and organisational skills and have relevant experience of telephone and email enquiries.
You will be the first line of contact for family carers of children and adults with severe learning disabilities, contacting the CBF for support and information. You will assist our small family support team to deliver timely and personalised support to this group, alongside a range of other activities.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and effective service for family carers throughout the UK, based within a small charity in Kent.

This post would usually be based at the Challenging Behaviour Foundation (CBF) office in Chatham, however, due to Covid-19 we are currently working from home and remote working for the duration of this post is likely. If additional funding is secured to extend this post and Government guidance and restrictions are relaxed, this post holder would be expected to be office based.
