Job description
We are seeking a permanent full time Operations Manager to join our team based at our premises near Dover in Kent. Working hours will be 7am till 4pm Monday to Friday equating to 40 hours per week (seasonal fluctuations may require additional hours to be worked) and the role will involve a mixture of both office work and site based work.

Duties:
- Day to day management and scheduling of the contracting team.
- Organising, auditing and scheduling of equipment, vehicles and plant.
- Dealing with day to day management of projects / site’s.
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and clients.

Essential Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills and proven experienced of people management.
- Good analytical thinking and ability to confidently solve problems through own initiative.
- IT skills including experience / knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Experience using GIS software and Google drive (desirable).
- Necessary tickets to work on highways (CSCS, Fit for Task etc)
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
