Junior JavaScript Developer
Maidstone
Salary to £25k DOE
We are working with a leading business who looking to expand their already busy team of Developer's with a Junior JavaScript Developer role. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a wide range of systems used by their clients and also internal systems that support the business.
To be successful in the role you must have;
A solid understanding of JavaScript technologies including HTML & CSS, along with knowledge of a high level language, Java, C# or C++
It would be advantageous but not essential to have experience of using;
* AJAX and JQuery
Unit testing
* Agile methodologies
* JavaScript patterns
* Web Services and restful APIs
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and self motivated, ideally with a Computer Science degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
The job requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight project deadlines
