Job Title: Purchase Ledger Administrator
Location: Ashford
Duration: 6-12 month maternity contract
Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm, 20 days annual leave and free parking
Your key responsibilities as the Purchase Ledger Administrator would be:
* Processing invoices
* Handling queries relating to the invoices, chasing for information
* Producing reports
* BACS runs
* Posting credit card statements once a month
* Other ad hoc duties such as liaising with the Solicitor regarding leases being renewed
Skills/Experience required:
* Purchase ledger experience
* Experience of processing high volumes of invoices
* Intermediate Excel skills including v look ups ideally
