The Transaction and Processing Services Team within CAF Bank are seeking an attentive, focussed individual to undertake the processing and verification of financial payments received daily, including BACS, CHAPS, Faster Payments, Foreign and cheques.. You will also be required to investigate queries raised from both UK and foreign payments made from by our customers.
Naturally, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have experience of dealing with customer enquiries. The successful candidate will ideally have a good general knowledge of working within a banking environment; have a good eye for detail and proven relevant experience in payment processing.
