Are you an experienced Fee Earner with experience of working within the shared ownership sector?
The role will be based in Central Canterbury and as Fee Earner you will be ensuring that the team delivers a high standard of work to meet the needs of the clients. You will be responsible for providing the legal guidance to case offices and the administration teams.
To apply for this role you will be a Qualified Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/FILEX with experience of running conveyancing cases and ideally leasehold experience.
Responsibilities
* Managing legal enquires from clients and other associated third parties
* Dealing directly with clients, developers and Housing Associations and their solicitors, brokers and mortgage companies
* Reporting to clients on important documentation
* Ensuring all necessary requirements and legal obligations are met through the transaction
