Rare opportunity for a career minded IT Support Engineer with a passion for tech who can provide excellent IT support and advice to my client's customers across the South East of England.

This role will be working from home as well as working from the office in Mid Kent with weekly/bi-weekly visits to client sites within the South East.

You will be joining a very successful company, carrying out varied 2nd and 3rd Line remote and on-site support. You will be working in a hands-on capacity, offering your extensive technical expertise in order to ensure that all problems are solved in a timely and effective manner.

The successful candidate will:

* Be a pro-active, energetic and ambitious candidate with a great attitude
* Has the ability to work with all levels of staff and provide excellent customer service
* Have a proven background providing support to the education sector
* Have proven Project Management and delivery skills
* Have a strong working knowledge of the following:

* MS Server 2012+ - Config, setup and troubleshooting
* Virtualisation - Hyper-V or VMware
* Networking - WAN, LAN, VLAN, VPN, WLAN, Layer 2/3, Firewalls & Routers
* Active Directory - Security & Admin
* TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
* MS Exchange, Antivirus & Backup

* Have a full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle
* Have the ability to pass a DBS check
