This is an excellent role within an internationally-active service supplier;- having experienced an increasing demand, the company now look to expand their 6-person B2B team at a mid-senior level.
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for contracted and new B2B client accounts, working with clients to ensure that key SLAs/relationships are being met and managed.
You will ensure the smooth running of their B2B team, managing upcoming sales orders- also drawing up price quotations, processing orders, providing technical product support and liaising with the internal delivery teams to schedule and manage the shipping/delivery process through.
Also conduct visits to client sites (government restriction permitting!), and working with the Sales Director to expand usage on key accounts, manage relationships, drive financial targets and new client acquisition, and deliver an outstanding service to existing accounts.
Salary £28,000 (flex with experience) + Great Corporate-Style Benefits Package
Free Parking at their Tunbridge Wells Head Office.
