Excellent salary/benefits package with an uncapped bonus scheme! £28-40k Base = £50-70k package (Dep. On. Exp.)

Varied Day to Day: Leading from the front in management-style. Managing the performance, activity and output of a team.
Working with Senior Management on managing P/L, KPIs/Bonus Schemes, Advertising/Marketing projects and budgeting.

State-of-the-art technology stack already in full use- Bespoke CRM and Candidate Database Systems

Monday - Friday Permanent Role working closely with a Board of Directors who have a proven track record of growing and developing businesses.


Different experience niches considered- ideally perm AND contractor/temp experience

Candidates will ideally be local to Tunbridge Wells/ surrounding areas
