Offering a superior service within Adults Residential Care nationwide, a warm welcome awaits you at CareTech. Due to expansion, we are seeking caring, compassionate and committed Support Workers to provide the support that allows our amazing Service Users to lead ordinary lives. Whilst the role of a Support Worker offers variety, superb progression opportunities and training, it takes a courageous and committed individual to really succeed at the role. Experience is not essential, but a positive attitude, friendly persona and a caring nature are an absolute must.

We have over 300 Services as far North as Fife and as far South as Kent, and all areas in between. Each home supports Service Users with different needs – whether it be Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties, Physical and Learning Difficulties or Mental Health, full training will be provided. We are looking for enthusiastic, person-centred individuals who share the same passion for care as we do!
Our Service Users have varied likes and interests, whether this be trains, cooking, art or going to the pub; sometimes they need support and this is where you come in to help them live fulfilling and independent lives.
