Maintenance Administrator - 12 month FTC
Mid Kent
£22,000 - £23,000
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a successful and established company based in Maidstone - only drivers with own transport can be considered due to location.
You will be a strong administrator with first class customer service and organisational skills.
Duties include;
* Dealing with customer requests
* Booking contractors and liaising with suppliers
* Ensuring that all jobs are complete to customer satisfaction
* Managing extensive spreadsheets
* Liaising with customers over the phone and via email
* General administration
To be considered for this role you will have/be:
* A positive and pro-active administrator with relevant experience
* A solid CV demonstrating reliability
* First class communication skills
* Organised and methodical
* An understanding of facilities management and maintenance
* The ability to commit to a 12 month contract starting immediately!
