Cleaner / Site Caretaker Job Role:
• Cleaning and preparation of units that have been off hired to ensure they are ready for next hire
• General maintenance of units within our ever-growing hire fleet
• Cleaning and maintenance of the site facilities to include canteen, offices and toilets where necessary
• Vehicle valeting
• Prioritising workloads to ensure deadlines are met
• Ensuring all company health and safety policies/procedures are adhered to at all times
• Reporting of any problems/issues using the correct company procedures

Requirements:
Successful candidate will have ideally worked in a similar role previously but more importantly you must have the following:
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent organisational skills
• Be able to work without supervision and to a schedule
• Good people skills
• Able to cope with a physically demanding job
• Good communication skills
• Basic DIY Skills
• Willingness to go that ‘extra mile’

Working Hours and Pay:
Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm
£9.00 p/hr
