My Client, a large manufacturer / distributor, is looking for an experienced Customer Services / Logistics Assistant for 6 months to assist with a variety of work, providing co-ordination with the commercial, logistical and industrial teams.

You will be a flexible, energetic and positive individual with the capacity to deal with multiple tasks accurately and in a timely manner. You must be able to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a professional demeanour towards customers, colleagues, hauliers and drivers.



Skills / Experience / Qualifications : Customer Services / Logistics Assistant - 6 month contract

Strong administration and customer services background

Computer literate, including excel SAP - essential

A minimum of 5 GCSEs

Logistics/export background

Formal qualification in international trade, export logistics or similar - ideal

Administrative experience and/or qualification

Able to work to flexible time requirements

Previous work experience in a dispatch / logistics environment

High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

Strong communication skills

Team working skills

Ability to work flexible hours
