This recruitment consultancy have developed an excellent industry and local reputation– and are now looking to transition forwards, through recruiting a fresh, highly-motivated consultant into their 360 team.
Full 360 recruitment role- Helping to manage a thriving existing client base, as well as undertaking new business development to establish your own ‘desk’. Undertake market research/mapping, identify key contacts, and start and build fresh relationships as a lead point of contact; follow referrals and recommendations, and utilise your networking ability to establish a market presence and continue to drive the brand forwards. Full ownership of job marketing via job sites, LinkedIn, social media and database marketing, with support from 2x floating process administrators.
Own your earnings- bonus/commission schemes are benchmarked above industry average. Win and manage your own client and candidate base.- Bonus paid monthly!
Basic Salary Neg £22-30,000 + On Target Earnings (developed year-on-year)
