Our client a long established, dynamic technology business are seeking someone who is passionate about going above and beyond for their clients. The company supports prestigious clients across the UK and is known for providing outstanding products and service which has allowed the company to grow over the last 20 years. The role will see you liaising with their clients to troubleshoot and update on their orders and sometimes repairs. There is an element of stock management, allocating the products into the system and sometimes, very light diagnostics of potential issues.

You will need to drive due to the companies location, have an interest in technology and demonstrate strong customer service skills, ideally with high-profile customers.
