This is a full-time permanent role based at the Paddock Wood Head Office site of an international product supplier.
Working with an engaging range of market-leading, ever-developing products, you will receive a combination of on-the-job and one-to-one training on product features and admin processes.

Busy and varied day to day duties, working alongside the office manager-
- Coordinate customer deliveries and manage engineer's service schedules;
- Taking inbound and making outbound calls to customers to provide updates on service timescales, including phoning customers to provide after-service care and take their feedback on products/service levels;
- Following a variety of administrative processes in the office, such as tracking engineers and job diaries and tracking the progress of products in the process of being serviced, as well as being a key point of contact (by phone and email) for customers.
The ideal person.......................
- Has a hybrid skillset - Both a people's person unafraid to pick up the phone and give customers updates / arrange their services, as well as being able to administrate, log and track jobs as they progress;
- Is local to Paddock Wood and drives;
- Wants to learn and become a product expert, across a range of modern, evolving products.
Salary with experience (£20-24,000 for the right person)

Lovely team- no prior experience in their industry necessary!
Rather, a person with interest/passion for the products, and the personality style to deliver customer service and arrange and administrate sometimes complex product service schedules.
