Job Titles: Service Sales Executive

Salary: £25k-£27k +up to £2k a year in bonus paid quarterly

Location: Hythe

Working for a well established and successful business you will be responsible for selling contracts, service visits, engineer call outs and repairs etc to new and existing customers. You will need to grow the service customer base by proactively contacting customers to build awareness of Service Products, explain the benefits of regular maintenance and provide quotes. Retaining existing service customers is also a big part of the role, by obtaining agreements to renew. You will need to follow up on One-off visits / call-outs with a view to selling a Maintenance Agreement or gain agreement for a follow-up service visit when next due.

Your main responsibilities:

* Act on incoming customer leads ensuring a quick turnaround
* Proactively contacting non-service customers with a view to selling the service
* Managing the service accounts
* Providing monthly forecasts based on historical trends and sales pipeline
* Using Salesforce to create accounts, contacts, opportunities and quotes
* Completing Salesforce tasks and updating Salesforce at every milestone
* Following up on quotes sent with a view to be winning the order
* Processing orders on an internal sales system, updating changes as necessary
* Carrying out Data analysis / system interrogation to deal with queries
* Managing existing customer accounts
* Liaising with scheduling teams to manage customer lead times
* Liaising with the sales teams when a customer is considering replacement units
* Contributing to building relationships with other areas of the business to support the overall business objectives

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

* Proven sales experience, having worked in a targeted office environment
* The ability to build a rapport and manage Customer Accounts
* Excellent Customer service experience
* Experience using a CRM system
