We are delighted to be supporting a Timber Frame Specialist in the appointment of a Senior Contracts Manager to cover projects in Kent and the South East. Our Client has experienced exciting times over the last few years with expansion to new premises and continual growth in sales and turnover.
This is a pivotal role, reporting to the board, with responsibility for the management of all company erection sub-contracts. You will be accountable for ensuring that contracts are procured, planned, executed and completed within established financial and time constraints and in-line with company process.
You will have direct experience of Timber Frame construction projects with solid experience of driving the procurement of sub-contract erection companies, management of Health & Safety, workmanship and financial elements of a project from concept through to completion.
The Person - solution focused Contracts Manager who leads by example, maintaining a customer focused approach, a proactive attitude with high standards of presentation that is driven across his/her sites. A Construction related Degree would be great but not as important as being qualified by experience.
