Job title: KYC Team Manager
Based in: Kings Hill
Department: Customer Service
Hours: Full time
Salary: up to £40k.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a KYC Team Manager to lead a very busy specialist team.
Your role will be to manage and inspire a growing team of KYC Officers to deliver a high quality, high performing service and act as an escalation point for complex enquiries.
You will have a detailed understanding of KYC including knowledge of AML regulation and customer due diligence and be confident to deliver training and be a subject matter expert within CAF..
You will look to identify opportunities to challenge and enhance processes with the aim of improving the effectiveness and efficiencies of the service.
You will take ownership of the line management of the team including performance management and quality review and develop relationships within the Customer Service Division and wider CAF.
We are looking for someone who can prioritise the work to meet deadlines, achieve performance targets and who is able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
