Day to day, you will provide support to customers whilst filing a claim report over the phone, taking key details/information and inputting important data and document onto internal IT systems. You will answer telephone and email queries as they come in, create written correspondence and assist managers when monitoring any red flags or fraudulent activity. Liaise with third parties, and other individuals involved in the process and organise for suppliers involved in the claim.

No one day will be the same! Enjoy lots of variety and pace in the day-to-day activity.

You will join a close-knit, small team; work hard and enjoy opportunities to learn and get involved with different duties throughout the business.

The ideal person will....

- Be motivated and driven with some customer service experience;
- Have good organisational skills, and be able to work well under pressure;
- Be IT literate and able to follow process;
- Enjoy working as part of a team, and speaking with a range of people.

You will need some customer service experience and examples of times you have handled phone calls.
