We are currently working with a local organisation in Gillingham who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. Supporting the Head of Finance and working within a busy finance team you will be responsible for:
-Assist with the preparation of month end management accounts
-Revenue reconciliation
-Accruals and prepayment experience
-Preparation of daily cash receipts reports
-Maintenance of hire purchase schedule
-Reconciliations (balance sheet, bank, purchases, petty cash, sales and purchases ledger)
-Prepare analysis of credit card statements, enter transactions and process payment
-Prepare invoices for sale of assets and intercompany recharges and management fee
-Analyse and post expense claims
-Maintain Fixed Assert Register and post depreciation journal
-Ideally a basic understanding of payroll
The ideal candidate will be AAT Qualified with good analytical ability.
