We are currently working on behalf of a well-established business who are expanding the services that they offer their clients.
Working as part of a Customer Services and Administration team you will be required to deliver exceptional levels of services to end users. Get to know your customers by building good rapport and help manage their administration. You will work closely with your Team Manager to really exceed your own expectation.
Full training will be provided however as a minimum the successful candidate will;
• Have excellent communication and listening skills.
• Be computer literate – Office 365/PDF
• Be reliable and have a positive attitude
• Be able to work in a team environment.
• Be able to show patience and empathy and problem solve quickly
The contact centre will be open 24 hours a day 7 days a week, making this the perfect opportunity to tell me the hours that you are able to work.
Day shifts: £10.25 per hour for the first 3 months £11.28 thereafter. (£20000 - £22000 for 37.5 hours a week)
Night shifts: £11.28 per hour for the first 3 months £12.52 thereafter. (£22000 - £24420 for 37.5 hours a week)
In addition to the above the client offers a profit share bonus that can add up to 10% of your annual salary per annum.
Assessment days will be held throughout October with successful candidates commencing employment in November.
