We have a fantastic opportunity within our fast paced and expanding property service portfolio.
Based in our Kent branch we are looking to recruit a late/evening shift Property manager.
You will be responsible for the void management of our property portfolio, ensuring the highest levels to all customers. You will be cleaning residential properties around Kent Coastal areas. Other duties will include, minor repairs, flat pack furniture assembly and completion of online forms.

Must have own transport
Subject to suitable references and Right to work documentation.
We are pleased to offer the following package.
The hours are 28 per week, Monday – Friday from 5.00pm to 9.00pm (negotiable)
Saturday – 8 hour shift but start and finish times negotiable.
Optional Sunday overtime.
Unlimited weekday overtime.
Basic salary £16,000- £18,000 per annum pro rata. Car fuel allowance.
