We are working with a supportive and caring organisation that are looking for people to deliver excellent service to their customers. Your role will see you interacting with people via telephone and helping the business to grow through donations.
The day to day duties will include dealing with incoming calls, logging information in to their system and providing general customer service. You will work within a small and nurturing team that will help and support you to develop your skills and give you the opportunity to grow within the company.
If you have excellent customer service skills, have great people skills, and enjoy talking to people over the phone this would be the perfect role for you.
In return for your hard work, you will have, the opportunity to start immediately on a temporary basis, on-site parking and a competitive pay rate for the local area.
