Receptionist – Term Time
We are looking for an experienced individual to be our Receptionist and act as the first point of contact for telephone enquiries, meeting and greeting visitors to the School. Duties will include coordinating transport for students and trips, termly calendar, distribution of mail, typing, filing and general admin tasks. Ideally you need admin/receptionist experience, good communication skills both verbal and written, excellent IT and organisation skills. Be content to work alone and to tight deadlines in a busy boarding environment. A knowledge of SIMS would be an advantage.
Hours: Monday to Friday (0800 - 1630 hrs) Saturday (0830 - 1300) Working term time (35 Weeks). 42 hours per week, Salary: £15,621 pa includes holiday payment. per annum. Closing date: midday Friday 3rd October Interviews: will be contacted by email.
