Day to day, you will answer enquiries from customers and clients, scheduling appointments for specialists/senior staff to attend, managing diaries and ensuring that pre-consultation bundles of information/documents are put together, you will operate switchboard and the shared emails inbox, and draft emails and letters ready for sending out. Ad hoc admin tasks too.
