Working for a friendly customer service team you will be part of their exciting growth plans as they experience a high level of success in their industry.
This role will be supporting in all customer queries, over the phone and by email. You will resolve any questions or complaints efficiently, being responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller. It is essential that you have worked within a customer service role, have an excellent telephone manner as well as strong correspondent skills. You will be IT literate and be able to pick up systems quickly. Retail experience will be considered.
