Broker Support Technician / Lloyds Market



An opportunity to join a vibrant and dynamic team within an established mid-tier Lloyds broker.



* Deal with incoming enquiries from clients, insurers and other third parties in a professional and timely manner.
* Process transactions and prepare evidence of cover documents, debit notes and premium adjustments.
* Monitor the timeliness of the placement process to ensure Contract Certainty is achieved and FCA deadlines are adhered to.
* Liaise with insurers and other third parties regarding the administration of clients' insurance needs.
* Work closely with the placing brokers and account managers to ensure effective service delivery.
* Process premiums through Xchanging via IMR and resolve queries.



Experience of technical administration, processing and broker support within a Lloyds broking environment is essential.



This role sits within the International casualty team and will include D&O and P.I. lines, but experience in this class of insurance is not essential.



Experience using the BROKASURE system would be preferred, but is not essential.



This opportunity will suit someone who possesses the following traits;



Strong communications skills

Attention to detail

Problem solving skills

Be able to plan and organise

Pro-active

Willingness to take responsibility and ownership



* Permanent contract \ City based office \ to £35,000 p.a.
