My Client is in an exciting period of expansion. The future is definitely good, and they are setting high standards. To enhance this, they are now looking to recruit a Senior Structural Engineer to help deliver those standards. This is a new role so if you are passionate about structural design, you can really make it your own!
The Role: Senior Structural Engineer
Undertake structural design and assess a variety of structures.
Prepare and review designs, contract documents, specifications and drawings for the construction of civil & structural engineering works which will be carried out by contractors.
Prepare technical guidance for the wider business to ensure safe ongoing use of assets.
Manage a structural inspection regime.
Work collaboratively, and nurture relationships, with the internal Engineering tea
Skills/ Experience/Qualifications: Senior Structural Engineer
Chartered Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers or Institution of Structural Engineers (MICE CEng)
Background of undertaking structural designs (Highway and other structures) to relevant codes, and preparing guidance
Effective communication of structural concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
CDM
