Technical Support Analyst role in the Housing Sector, based in West Kent, perm position, paying up to £28,500

Exciting opportunity for a professional and experienced Technical Support Analyst to join a team of four. You'll be responsible for completing technical and administrative tasks for IT projects and providing 1st/2nd line support when required.

You will need to have excellent customer service skills, be approachable and have an aptitude for learning new IT skills. You will also be a logical problem solver and have a flexible approach to your workload.

Responsibilities will include,

*Completion of technical and admin tasks for IT projects - including configuration and implementation of new equipment and systems, structured research into alternative solutions to user requirements, creation of project documentation - plans, tasks and testing records.

*Provide support and guidance for IT systems, enabling customers to use the applications efficiently.

*Co-ordinate the allocation of tickets to the IT team, escalate when required to 3rd line support providers and work with them to ensure resolution.

*Work with the 3rd line support provider to ensure that all elements of the IT infrastructure receive regular security and software updates

*Maintain accurate technical records relating to IT infrastructure for business continuity and reference purposes
