Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working with the head of compliance for a large and expanding Insurance broker in the Mid Kent area with free parking. This is a rare opportunity for candidates with a good level of Compliance exposure, either in the Insurance industry or another FCA regulated role.
Role and responsibilities
• Assisting the team in answering general compliance queries from the business
• Assist with compliance projects
• Handling complaints for commercial/private clients
• Reviewing Insurer TOBA’s, noting any key areas of concern
The successful applicant will have recent experience within a similar role and fully conversant with ICOBS, DISP, CONC, PERG 5, TCF, Data Protection, Sanctions, Anti-bribery and Conduct Risk
CII Qualifications or a compliance qualification would be an advantage but not essential.
