As a Receptionist, you will be the first person our guests meet on their journey with us, therefore it is vital that you offer professional, high quality customer service right from the start, delivered in a consistent way.
Your key responsibilities will include check in and check out, billing, messaging and guest relations. You will have a good knowledge of the property’s facilities and services and a high standard of presentation. Experience in a similar role and the ability to multi-task is essential, however full training will be given.
