We are currently looking for a Head of MI to join a well-known, growing business with a great reputation in South Kent. Candidates will need excellent analytical skills with the ability to manipulate/ model data and manage a team in this large corporation.
Working largely from home is an option for the successful candidate as well.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing the MI team and function.
- Gathering, analysing and interpreting data to provide MI for all departments.
- Focusing on the improvement of the current CRM systems across the business and ensuring integrity of the data.
- You will play an important role within the SLT, making recommendations to help improve the profitability and efficiency of the business.
- Report writing utilising both Excel and SQL.
- Pro-actively identifying risks within the company to ensure business objectives are met.
- Working alongside the Finance Manager to produce statistical data using SQL.
- You will also be assigned the role of Data Protection Officer ensuring full compliance with EU GDPR regulations as well as relevant UK data protection laws.
