IT Support Engineer - 1st/2nd Line - Software Applications - London. A leading software company are urgently seeking an IT Support Engineer for their expanding office based in Sevenoaks. You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd Line Support to office based and remote users. The IT Support Engineer will be the first point of contact for incidents, faults and a range of service requests.
The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for;
* Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, web or via email
* Performing remote troubleshooting
* Identify and suggesting improvements to processes and procedures
* Be an IT ambassador for the business
The IT Support Engineer will have;
* Experience with MS Exchange, Active Directory and Group Policies
* Experience with Cisco/Telephony Systems - Desirable
* ITIL/ISO27001 certifications, knowledge or experience is desirable
This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to work for a leading software company. You will take on a lot of autonomy and responsibility in this position and the IT Support Engineer will be integral to the business as they continue to grow.
