Data Analyst
£30,000 Per Annum Pro-Rata
Remote Working (Homebased)
Our client, a large facilities company, is currently looking to recruit a Data Analyst to join their team on a 3-month contract. You will be working Monday - Friday 9am-5pm for an annual salary of £30,000 Pro Rata.
As the Data Analyst, you will be responsible for theâ¦
* Daily monitoring and tracking of incoming invoices via various routes
* Logging of failed import from mailboxes to 3rd party scanning provider
* Identification, analysation and communication in regard to the reasons why any failures occur when they occur
* Daily monitoring of invoice rejections from 3rd party scanning provider
* Consolidation of performance trackers
* Production of KPI and SLA performance data
* Process failure point identification
* Consolidation and analysis of multiple data sources
* Data modelling
* Providing of financial and performance statistics for senior stakeholders
* Continuous improvement of quality assurance and reporting robustness
Person Specification:
* Must have reliable internet connection as you will be working from home
* Experience of data handling from multiple sources
* Experience in the handling of large data volumes
* Experience of process and/or performance reporting
* Experience in the production of scenario and forecast models
* Must have operated with transactional finance process and/or
* Must have a good understanding of accounts payable process
* You may be required to visit other UK sites to interact with key stakeholders/suppliers so you must be flexible to travel
