Assistant Accountant
My client is a large leading fruit importers. They are currently looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their team. The Company is well established and has a 20 year record of profitable growth.
The job principally involves processing and analysing daily production reports from off - site packing locations. The nature of the Company’s business requires all production to be entered onto the Company’s computer system and stocks reconciled each day.
The position reports to the Company Management Accountant.
The Successful Candidate will have
• Advanced Excel skills
• At least 2 years’ experience working in Accounts
• Must have Cost Accounting experience.
Will be able to demonstrate the attributes listed above and in particular, will be able to show an enthusiastic, enquiring approach and a desire to have tasks completed quickly and efficiently.
Personal Attributes
• Attention to Detail
• Accurate worker
• Good Problem Solving Abilities
• Able to plan and programme work
• Relaxed manner / Good Interpersonal Skills
• Confident Telephone Manner
