This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for a motivated person who is looking for a varied office role and able to perform well, both as a team player and on own initiative, to work in a small but busy office. On the job training will be given on all aspects of this role, although experience would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting and covering accounts office as required

• Supporting and covering administration office as required

• Processing customer orders & credit card transactions

• Assist with credit control

• Entering customer receipts

• Producing customer statements

• Process purchase ledger invoices & credit notes

• Producing payments to suppliers

• Assisting with purchase ordering

• Research potential suppliers

• Evaluate offers from suppliers and negotiate better prices

• Process delivery notes and create work orders

• Managing the filing processes and archive areas

• Assist with reception and telephone duties

• General office administration

Person Specification:

• Strong communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Good computer skills, especially with Excel

• Adaptable ‘can do’ attitude
