Working for this fantastic, people-centric insurance brokerage, you will deal directly with new and existing customers on new policy coverage, mid term adjustments and renewals, ensuring excellent advice and service is delivered. Varied role requiring excellent phone, face-to-face and written communication, as well as the ability to deliver exceptional service and maintain precise and accurate business admin.

Particularly suits a candidate looking to move away from an insurance call centre environment and into a smaller, more personalised business and service level; OR, suits an insurance sales or renewals adviser looking to move into a stable non-target driven role.

You need to be...
- Relevantly experienced- insurance background essential!, different environments and roles considered!;
- A positive, motivated, warm communicator with an excellent telephone manner;
- Based locally to Sevenoaks and keen to work locally;
- Passionate and interested in insurance;
- Accurate and precise with administrative tasks!;
- Experience using insurance systems is beneficial but not essential.
