We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Stock Admin Controller to join our busy team. The working pattern for this role is Monday-Friday 8am to 6pm. If you want to work for a dynamic business, with entrepreneurial spirit and a strong track record of developing people to enhance their careers then please read on.
Job Purpose:
Accurate and Timely re-coding of stock transactions in line with actual physical movements, and to provide accurate stock figures to key stakeholders in the business.
Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
• Booking in of all stock receipts from Suppliers
• Booking in of all stock receipts from 3rd party warehouses
• Issuing of production picking lists to the warehouse team
• Reconciliation of picking list
• Production reconciliation with actuals
• Investigation of variations
• Stock analysis reporting
• Daily stock counting tasks to ensure accurate stock levels
Experience/Skills:
• Excellent IT skills
• Proven experience working with ERP/Stock control systems
• Comfortable in a warehouse environment
• Driven and someone who can work to their own initiative
