Trainee Optical Advisor

We have an excellent opportunity for a friendly and articulate individual to join a wonderful optical team based in the East Malling area. You will be joining a market-leading company, have the opportunity to grow and develop within the business and be a valued/ key member of staff.

The role will include the following:
* General office administration duties
* Reception duties
* Dealing with all patients enquiries both on the telephone and face to face
* Booking in patients to various clinics
* Diary/ calendar management
* Pre-screening tasks including visual field testing and scans

My client is looking for an ambitious individual looking for career progression. You will be proactive, have a warm and friendly manner and have the ability to use your own initiative. As the Trainee Optical Advisor you will be expected to participate in customer home visits, therefore, is essential you hold a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
