MARINE CARGO CLAIMS ADJUSTER FTC TO £50,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a global service provider based in the City. This will start as a 6 month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent. They are a profitable, growing organisation that is highly regarded in the insurance industry as a top tier provider of professional services, employing some of the industry's 'best in class' professionals and technical experts. Delivery of high quality, individually tailored services to clients is backed by core values of excellence, partnership, quality and support,
ï·Managing and adjusting claims from first notification to settlement within pre-authorised authority limits
ï·Claims adjusting on behalf of current and future clients
ï·Provision of technical support for the adjusting of various claims
ï·Ensuring each client's claim service standards are maintained or enhanced
ï·Delivering and presenting reports to clients on specific claims issues
ï§Proven track record of adjusting a combination of multiple classes of business, with specific experience in Marine Cargo claims within the London Market.
ï§Experience in handling Claims in accordance with the Lloyd's Claims Scheme
ï§Proven experience in respect of the London Market process including Broker CLASS @ Lloyd's and ECF Systems
ï§Extensive knowledge of the current Lloyd's Claims Scheme
ï§Widespread relationships with Brokers/Adjusters/Lawyers/Attorneys as appropriate in the relevant class of business
ï§Able to work across multiple stringent client SLAs.
ï§Display excellent inter-personal and communication skills in order to interact well within team and with clients and Brokers
ï§Able to prioritise work, have good time management skills and able to adapt to the changing demands of the role
