Senior Architect job, working for a growing multi-disciplinary in West Kent, paying up to £43k + benefits.

Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a Senior Architect to join their team in West Kent, to work on a variety of projects.

Your new role
Your new role will consist of leading for large educational and commercial schemes. You will take responsibility for the production of Accommodation Strategies, Feasibility Studies and Utilisation and Area Forecasts. You will prepare and develop designs using ArchiCAD in BIM. You will attend Client project meetings and co-ordinate the Design Team.

What you'll need to succeed
In order for you to succeed in your role, you will need to be a qualified Architect, registered with ARB or MCIAT. You will have 5 years post qualification experience in the UK, in-depth knowledge of building regulations and experience running projects. Knowledge of ArchiCAD is preferred but not essential.
