My Client, is a leader across Europe in their Industry, and one of the most respected.

They are now looking to recruit a Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical bias -Night shift, to provide engineering support to the Manufacturing process.

The Role: Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical bias -Night shift

Monitor machine failures and make changes or recommendations to prevent re-occurrence

Involved in both reactive & planned maintenance

Project work

Continuous improvements

Supporting quality systems compliance and development

To provide breakdown technical assistance

Assist with planning of work for maintenance periods

Working as part of an engineering/manufacturing team



Skills / Experience / Qualifications: Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical bias

Apprentice trained / ONC/HNC level or equivalent in mechanical engineering

Hydraulic knowledge would be advantageous

Strong CMMS skills

Strong Continuous Improvement Experience

Problem solving skills for breakdowns and planned work in all areas

Experience of Hydraulics and Pneumatics

Knowledge of production, engineering or process control

Knowledge of manufacturing techniques/standards

Pneumatic skills and experience

Understanding of PLC's, their function and program modification/fault finding (Elec)

Ability to organise and schedule own time, and stay on top of own workload

Ability to work under pressure

Excellent Shift Pattern - Nights
