Production Administrator
Folkestone - Rural, must drive
£19,000 - £21,000
6 Month Temporary (could go permanent)

We have a new vacancy just in working for an expanding company on the outskirts of Folkestone as a Production Administrator. This is a busy and varied Administrative role, your duties on a daily basis will include:
* Handling all Administration around Production orders
* Working closely with the Production team
* Liaising with the Sales team regarding stock availability, lead times and the progress of orders
* Speaking directly with Customers regarding their production orders from time to time
* Working closely with other departments such as Planning, Purchasing and Transport
* Checking production schedules to ensure deadlines are met
* Updating stock reports ensuring accuracy
* Issuing daily Works Order reports to the Production team
* Updating the Production system with the status of customer orders
* Assisting other departments as required
To be considered for this role you must have:
* Strong Administration experience
* Excellent attention to detail
* Confident communcaition skills
* Ideally a background in Produciton, Engineering or Construction
If successful, your training would be office based but there may then be the option of some home working once you are up and running. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40hrs a week.
