20 hours per week- flexible make-up
Busy and varied role- no cold calling!
Answering inbound enquiries from new customers and handling a full-cycle of existing customers’ queries (administrating new orders, up-selling new products, recommending products, checking contract length and schedules). Phone-based and face-to-face customer service delivery.
