FULL TIME ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT needed for our Head Office at Barfrestone, Nr Dover, Kent, CT15 7JG.
This position is for someone who has a confident telephone manner, able to use Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel) Internet, CRM packages.
Must be able to work under specific instruction when required, and able to work comfortably within a team. Must be a team player.
Would be required to deal with current customers and potential new customers, taking enquiries on the telephone and entering their details onto our CRM System.
Experience and attributes required for this role are:-
Previous administration experience (Microsoft, CRM Databases, etc.)
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multi task.
Transport is essential due to the location of the business
Hours: 08.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
